Does “what this company does in layman’s terms” fall under bullet #1? I’m thinking along the lines of “A man from Mars can’t figure out what your web site is about in less than 4 seconds.”

I can’t count how many times I’ve gone to a company’s homepage to find out what they do and left shortly thereafter, defeated by a sea of jargon.
