UIE Brain Sparks Audio Library
At UIE, we’re all about letting everybody know about the interesting new things we’re learning. That’s why we travel the world to give interesting, entertaining, (and occasionally controversial) presentations about everything we’ve learned about creating designs that delight and dazzle users.
At our August UIE Brain Sparks Live!, I had the opportunity to present our research investigating the content that users seek when they visit a site. It was a fun time for all who attended the Boston event.
If you didn’t make it, don’t fret. While we can’t get you the great food and drinks that we served, you can hear the presentation. We’ve just added it to our brand new UIE Brain Sparks Audio Library. (We’ve also included a PDF of the slides, so you can follow along and see all the great examples.)
Of course, if you still want the good food and drink, you can attend our next event this Thursday at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf. It’s only $7 if you register in advance ($10 if you don’t) and I’ll have some cool things to say about the role information architecture plays in helping (and confusing) users as they try to make confident decisions. You can find details here.
Update: I’ll be discussing this research in my session at the upcoming DUX conference in San Francisco.

Great to be able to listen to this research-in-progress. Thanks for providing it to those of us who can’t be there in person.
