In this week’s UIEtips, Christine Perfetti discusses what we know about providing users with reassurance online. When users are trying to accomplish their goals, we’ve found that it’s essential that sites offer content that assures users that others have shared their experiences. This type of content is what we refer to as Inukshuk content.
