		<description>Interesting post. As a generalist, I can say I prefer my many-hats role. I&#039;ve always viewed specialists as very focussed and capable generalists who are keenly able to make a contribution to one area of interest or focus and admire their many contributions to my work. I&#039;d like to one day be a specialist but due to the demands of my generalist work am finding it difficult making this transition. I&#039;d love to hear your thoughts on how successful generalists are at becoming specialists.</description>
