		<description>Good morning.  This is all great information, but (isn't there always a but).  I focus on customer support, not retail.  While the basic challenages and tasks are the same, I haven't found much help in the details.  For obvious reasons, most of these discusions focus on a retail environment.  Do you have any suggestions or plans to focus on a support environmet at all?
