		<description>Overused, but a wonderful example. "Google" creating 10% time where folks get to include research as part of their regular jobs. You get enough folks working on projects, there is a good chance "innovation" will fall out of that. Also suggest that to inspire "innovation" you need work with folks and in a culture that inspires you to do the best!</description>
