Brian, I’m glad you’re legal! How much does the ASCAP licensing cost? I’m sure lots of people would be interested in getting legal themselves if they knew.

Thanks for the post. I have often wondered that myself. I noticed that Lincoln is using Soul Sauce in one of their commercials and I always think of the podcast when I hear it. I like your selection of music. It gives some class to your work. Also thanks for including that you licensed the music through ASCAP. I found information at http://www.ascap.com/weblicense on how to do this.

I checked their Web site and there is information about getting a license to use music for podcast intros, etc. The minimum license fee is $288 annually and then the balance is determined by revenue generated by the site and other factors.
