There isn&#039;t any pre-meeting preparation that will help. (Of course, the more informed you are about your users and their needs, the better things will be. But this exercise is more about taking a snapshot of what you think those things are, so you don&#039;t need to do anything special there.)

That said, the best results come from good preparation before each vote is taken. Here, the facilitator will want everyone to be on the same page about what each row means.

For example, stating that &quot;Better Search Access&quot; is about &quot;making sure users can clearly see how to conduct a search from any page&quot; will help ensure that everyone is voting on the same criteria.</description>
