This post starts with a mention of the measurement of innovation. Since no examples of such measures are given, I think it will be appropriate to suggest a few candidate measures:
1) Revenues from repeat orders or new products launched by the organization
2) Employee satisfaction from internal surveys
3) Referrals from existing customers
4) Reduction in cost of production/ quality</description>
