I am looking for suggestions of sites that offer good educated guesses about websites / web interactions in the future. We’re working on our five-year plan at our university.

Jon, check out Daniel Burrus. I head him speak at Distributech in San Diego earlier this month and his common sense and trend analysis approach to making generalizations about the future of technology is worth looking into. Future interactions will be tied to technology. If you can anticipate the technology you can infer something about the interaction. http://www.burrus.com/
