		<description>Good thoughts. I liked the concept of Pair programming with the UX Engineer. Also, it is soft pairing that the UX Engineer has to make sure with all developers that are working on the UX. All the more important since we are now far away from the days when writing code was in C,C++ where designing functionality was slow and designing UX was really slow and painful. Good stuff.</description>
