What's Included

Your UIE Usability Training registration will include detailed notes for each course, a continental breakfast and catered lunch Monday through Wednesday.

Payment

Payment is due before the day of the course you will be attending. (Note: If you take advantage of the Special Early Registration Offer, we must receive payment by August 5th.) You can pay with a credit card, or you can mail in your payment before the courses. You can also use an authorized, net-15 purchase order to reserve a seat.

Cancellations

Cancellations received by September 8th will be subject to a service charge of $150, however, cancellations received within 24 hours of registration will not be charged a service fee. Confirmed registrants who cancel after September 8 or do not attend will be charged the full amount. All cancellations must be made in writing. You’re welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you send us written notification no later than September 8, 2003.
