When do I choose my workshops?
We’ll have the full-day workshop descriptions ready in March. Once they are ready, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to reserve your spots. Because you’re registering early, you’ll get your first choices. Guaranteed.

Where can I stay when I come
to UX Immersion?
When you stay right in the conference hotel, you’re at the center of all the action. The Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront is 9 miles from the airport and a short distance from many popular downtown activities.
We’ve arranged for a special price for UX Immersion attendees: You can get a room for $129/night (plus tax) when you book online or call the hotel at +1 877.901.6632. Be sure to refer to the UX Immersion conference to get the special rate.
What if I have to cancel? Can I
substitute someone else?
Cancel? Oh, my. That would be awful. We were so counting on seeing you there.
Well, things happen. It’s a bummer, but we understand unforeseen situations. You have a few options.
Send someone in your place: You can substitute a colleague through April 18 with no charges or penalties. Just send the person’s name and contact information to events@uie.com. (They have to replace you for the entire registration. Sorry, but you can’t split the registration among people.)
Attend a future UIE event: You can apply your UX Immersion payment towards any future live event or virtual seminar that UIE produces. Just email us at events@uie.com and we’ll work with you to make it all perfect.
Get a refund: If you let us know you need to cancel within 48 hours of registering, we’ll refund you 100% of the amount you paid. After that first 48 hours and through April 6, there is a $250 cancellation fee. After April 6, we can’t give you a refund, but you can use the funds towards another UIE event. Email us at events@uie.com as soon as you know you need to cancel.
Are there group discounts?
Our Special Early Price is truly the best price out there. (Really, can you believe you get all this in-depth Agile and mobile design expertise for only $1,349?)
Groups of 3 or more can get the $1,349 price through March 21.
Though we like to meet as many people as we can from your company, we can’t split a 3-day registration between two or more people. That’s why we’ll make single–day registration available on February 22.

That’s right. We guarantee you’ll be 100% satisfied with the UX Immersion 2012 Conference, just like we do for all our work and events at User Interface Engineering.
If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, we’ll refund your entire registration fee. It’s been a long time since we’ve had to do that for anyone and we’re confident you’ll love the conference, but it’s good to know you’ve got our promise of awesomeness.
