How do I select my workshops?

The meat of the conference are the daylong workshops. We want to make sure you pick the workshop that is right for you. In January, we’ll notify you about the full workshop details. You can wait until then to select the workshop of your choice, or you can pick one during the registration process. Either way, you’ll have an opportunity to change your workshop selection. You’re guaranteed your first choice as long as you pick a workshop by February 20.
Where should I stay when I come to UX Immersion?

When you stay right in the conference hotel, you’re at the center of all the action. The Seattle Renaissance hotel is 15 miles from the airport and close to Pike’s Market and many popular downtown activities.

Are there group discounts?

When you register 4 or more individuals for the full conference from your company, you'll receive a $300 discount off the current price. The discount will automatically occur when you register.

Though we like to meet as many people as we can from your company, we can’t split a 3-day registration between two or more people. That’s why we’ll make single–day registration available on February 1.
