Registration Cost: $1,495

What's Included

Your UIE Web Application Design Summit Registration will include detailed notes from all of our presentations. We'll also provide a continental breakfast and catered lunch on the Tuesday of the event.

Payment

We must receive your payment before the summit. If you sign up for the early registration date, please send your payment before December 12, 2002. You can pay with a credit card, or you can mail in your payment before the Summit. You can also use an authorized, net-15 purchase order to reserve your seat.

Cancellations

Cancellations received within 24 hours of registration will not be charged a service fee. Cancellations received before January 20th will be subject to a service charge of $150. Confirmed registrants who cancel after January 20th or do not attend will be charged the full amount. All cancellations must be made in writing. You're welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you send us written notification no later than January 20, 2003.
