Here’s an excerpt,

Visitors fail to convert for one of three reasons:

  • They don’t understand what you’re offering them.
  • They don’t want what you’re offering them.
  • They’re not willing to pay what you’re asking for what you’re offering them.

These are otherwise known as:

  • They Don’t Get It
  • They Don’t Want It
  • They Don’t Need It Enough

Luckily, those are all fixable problems
