To qualify for a special registration offer, we need to receive payment by the date of the registration deadline. Sneak Preview Pricing cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. Please Note: Registrations for more than one day cannot be split between multiple attendees.
If you are planning to send your team, you'll want to sign up at our lowest pricing rate of $1,799. After July 17th, organizations with five or more people who register for all four days can sign up and receive a discount of $150 per person. Group rates only apply to registrations for all four days and cannot be combined with the free iPod or proceedings offers. The conference office will credit discounts upon receipt of the fifth registration.
Your User Interface 12 registration will include the seminar proceedings for the sessions you attend, a continental breakfast each day, and a conference bag.
Tuesday and Thursday attendees will also receive lunch and handouts from all the talks for that day. All attendees will receive an invitation to Tuesday's Main Conference Reception.
To qualify for a promotion, payment is due by the date of the registration offer deadline. You can pay with a credit card, or you can mail your payment before the deadline date. You can also use an authorized purchase order but we must receive your payment by the registration offer deadline to qualify for discounted rates. (All purchase orders must be net-15 day payment terms).
Until October 15th, you may switch full-day seminars (on a space-available basis) at no charge simply by notifying us in writing. After October 15th, switching sessions is subject to a $30 fee.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations received by October 15th will be subject to a service charge of $300, however, cancellations received within 24 hours of registration will not be charged a service fee. Confirmed registrants who cancel after October 15th or do not attend will be charged the full amount. All cancellations must be made in writing. You’re welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you send us written notification no later than October 15, 2007.
